Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families. Absolutely everyone can benefit from therapy. Whether you struggle with a specific diagnosis or are simply not feeling as fulfilled as you’d like in your life and relationships, I am here to join you in the self discovery of practical and positive change.
When I meet new clients I deeply appreciate the steps they have taken to walk in to my office to begin their journey of feeling and doing better. I am here to help you achieve your goals, challenge your resistance, discover and value your authentic self, and ultimately live the happy, productive life you envision for yourself, your family or your relationships.
I take a creative approach, tailoring treatment to each individual, couple, and family I see. I utilize a variety of modalities to help you gain insight into past and present experiences and behaviors, identify and build on strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, and challenge long-held assumptions about yourself, your relationships, and the world you live in.
